Job summary

Executive Recruiting Associates, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager for the Indianapolis metro area with P&L and team-building experience. The role calls for 7–12 years of overall experience, including management, in industrial equipment, tanks, hydraulics, and construction projects.

You’ll lead operations, sales efforts, safety programs, and client service across construction, environmental, municipal, and industrial sectors, driving branch profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Must have branch management with P/L experience and team-building capabilities.
• 7–12 years total experience, with at least 5 years in management.
• Background in tanks, hydraulics, construction management or project management.
• Industrial or equipment rental background is a big plus.
• Experience in operations, sales and safety preferred.

$125k-$135k plus up to 40% bonus and additional incentives on target goals

International equipment, construction and environmental solutions company needs a Branch Manager with P&L experience to manage an established branch in the Indianapolis, IN metro area.

• Branch services clients in the construction, environmental, municipal, and industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• 7 – 12 years’ experience (5 years + management experience)
• Knowledge of tanks, hydraulics, construction management/project management; (pumping, water handling projects, filtration, etc.)
• Need a background in operations, sales, safety, etc. Industrial or equipment rental background a big plus.
• Candidate should have branch management with a technical products background.
• Candidates must have P/L and team-building experience.
• Company deals in temporary liquid handling solutions for their clients, water treatment, and storage solutions (pumps, tanks, etc.)
