WESTERN FINANCE is seeking a driven Branch Manager in Hereford, TX to lead daily operations, sales and service at our local office. You will motivate, train and manage staff to boost sales, profits and customer satisfaction while upholding company standards and security practices.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in branch management, cash handling and customer relations. This full-time, in-person role requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and motivated individual to join the team as our Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will be a key player in both sales and service, and will have the opportunity to have an immeasurable impact on the success of our company. You'll be at the center of company operations and expected to consistently motivate, train and manage your team in order to ultimately increase sales, profits and customer satisfaction. We're looking for a full-time Branch Manager. Branch Managers foster and maintain excellent relationships with customers and local entities to support the growth and development of their office.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $30,000.00 – $36,000.00 per year
