W&B SERVICE COMPANY LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations and drive financial performance. You will lead staff, manage P&L, and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding company policies.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages branch staff and directs day-to-day activities within the branch to ensure top performance and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the P&L of the branch and ensures revenue and profit plans are achieved.
• Monitors expenses and analyzes financial performance and budget of branch; identifies operational deficiencies and implements improvement plans.
• Implements company programs, initiatives, and current operational guidelines.
• Participates in recruitment, interviewing, hiring and training branch staff.
• Operates within company and business unit policies and procedures; creates an environment that motivates associates to be successful.
• Monitors regulatory compliance with state and federal agencies.
• Foster a “safety first” culture.
• Other duties as needed to meet business and customer needs.

This position is responsible for the day to day operations of the branch, driving financial performance, customer satisfaction, and employee growth; while adhering to our policies and procedures.
