Job summary

WESTERN FINANCE is seeking a Branch Manager in Amarillo, TX, to lead sales and service at a full-time branch. You will motivate and manage staff, drive revenue, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. The role is in-person, with a pay range of $30,000–$36,000 per year plus bonus opportunities, and relocation may be required for the right candidate.

The Branch Manager will be a key player in both sales and service, and will have the opportunity to have an immeasurable impact on the success of our company. You'll be at the center of company operations and expected to consistently motivate, train and manage your team in order to ultimately increase sales, profits and customer satisfaction. We're looking for a full-time Branch Manager. Branch Managers foster and maintain excellent relationships with customers and local entities to support the growth and development of their office.
