Job summary

WESTERN-SHAMROCK FINANCE is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead a local team in Oklahoma City. The role blends sales leadership with customer service, overseeing staff, branch security, and daily operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

This full-time, in-person position offers a salary between $30,000 and $36,000 per year plus bonus opportunities. A valid driver’s license is required, and relocation to Oklahoma City is expected.

The Branch Manager will be a key player in both sales and service, and will have the opportunity to have an immeasurable impact on the success of our company. You'll be at the center of company operations and expected to consistently motivate, train and manage your team in order to ultimately increase sales, profits and customer satisfaction. We're looking for a full-time Branch Manager. Branch Managers foster and maintain excellent relationships with customers and local entities to support the growth and development of their office.
