WESTERN-SHAMROCK FINANCE in Monahans, TX is seeking a Branch Manager to lead sales and service, drive growth, and mentor staff in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role is full-time and in-person, located in Monahans.

The Branch Manager will be central to operations, ensuring compliance, security, and exceptional customer care. This role requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to relocate to Monahans, and a strong commitment to team leadership.

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and motivated individual to join the team as our Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will be a key player in both sales and service, and will have the opportunity to have an immeasurable impact on the success of our company. You'll be at the center of company operations and expected to consistently motivate, train and manage your team in order to ultimately increase sales, profits and customer satisfaction. We're looking for a full-time Branch Manager. Branch Managers foster and maintain excellent relationships with customers and local entities to support the growth and development of their office.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

• Manage staff
• Manage the flow of money

• Train and support new employees in the branch

• Resolve customer debt situations while maintaining a positive relationship to encourage return business

• Interview, hire, train and provide follow-up of branch staff
• Handle adverse employee situations as they arise
• Dress to represent the brand of a consumer-oriented business

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $30,000.00 – $36,000.00 per year
