WESTERN-SHAMROCK FINANCE is hiring a Branch Manager in Nacogdoches, TX. This full-time, in-person role focuses on leading a branch team, driving sales and service, and upholding the company’s core values. A valid driver’s license is required, along with a reliable vehicle and state insurance.

You’ll manage staff, secure cash flow, train new employees, and cultivate a culture of growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and brand representation in all interactions.

The Branch Manager will be a key player in both sales and service, and will have the opportunity to have an immeasurable impact on the success of our company. You'll be at the center of company operations and expected to consistently motivate, train and manage your team in order to ultimately increase sales, profits and customer satisfaction. We're looking for a full-time Branch Manager. Branch Managers foster and maintain excellent relationships with customers and local entities to support the growth and development of their office.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $30,000.00 – $36,000.00 per year
