Job summary

Superior Choice Credit Union in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day branch operations and deliver an exceptional member experience.

This role emphasizes coaching a team, achieving sales and service goals, ensuring compliance, and representing SCCU in the community while aligning with our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Progressive leadership and management experience with a track record of developing teams.
• Communicates effectively and professionally with members, employees, and community partners.
• Demonstrates strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch while ensuring an exceptional member experience
• Drive branch growth through member acquisition, relationship development, and achievement of sales and service goals
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to reach their full potential
• Promote a culture aligned with SCCU’s mission, core values, and commitment to service
• Monitor branch performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Represent SCCU in the community and participate in local events and relationship-building opportunities
• Support special projects and organizational initiatives as needed

What You'll Do
