Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred for advancement.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in construction or flooring sectors.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities.
• Experience with scheduling software, JDE, ERP systems, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage branch staff workflow for office, warehouse, and field duties.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings to monitor deadlines and performance.
• Oversee branch operations and the operating budget.
• Ensure field staff follow installers' timelines and schedules.
• Act as primary contact for vendors and customers; resolve escalated issues.
