Power Finance Texas is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support branch performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver a superior customer experience. You will partner with the Branch Manager to drive results and lead day-to-day operations in a structured financial services environment.

Key responsibilities include supervising staff, coaching and development, evaluating loan applications per guidelines, resolving escalated customer concerns, and maintaining cash handling controls,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years in financial services, retail banking, or related field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proven ability to perform in a goal-oriented, performance-driven environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $42,000 – $55,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

• Performance Incentives: Monthly bonus opportunities based on branch performance and individual contributions (potential additional $6,000 – $12,000 annually)

• Total Compensation Potential: $48,000 – $67,000+
