Job summary

Security Finance is seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to lead and motivate a team, serving the community by assisting customers in person and over the phone when they have a financial need.

You will develop, train, and manage branch staff; maintain cash accuracy and security; ensure timely loan processing and income tax returns; uphold state and federal lending regulations; and drive branch goals with outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver's license, with an acceptable driver’s record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
• Previous finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash with accuracy and security.
• Meet goals while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of the loan process and income tax returns.
• Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
