Job summary

Security Finance is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a local team, serve customers in person and by phone, and drive branch goals in Missouri. You will be the link between the branch, community, and customers, fostering excellent service and responsible lending practices.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, team development, and adherence to state and federal lending regulations while delivering a high-quality customer experience and supporting tax-related processes.

• Previous management experience in a financial services environment.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem solving.
