Security Finance Corporation in Texas is seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to motivate a team and serve customers in person and over the phone.

You will recruit, train, and lead branch staff; ensure compliance, manage cash, and drive loan and tax services to the community.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading branch teams in financial services.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.

• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of the loan process and income tax returns.
• Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal lending regulations and Company policies and procedures.

You could be a great addition if you have:

• The ability to fluently communicate in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver’s license, with an acceptable driver’s record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for use on a daily basis.
• Previous finance experience.
