• Develops strategies to enhance user experience using data and local community needs.
• Builds partnerships with local businesses and community leaders to strengthen community relations.
• Collaborates with Programming units to create innovative programs for diverse patrons.
• Maintains and communicates collection needs to the Collection Development team.
• Ensures exceptional customer service and handles patron complaints as needed.
