Job summary

Library Systems & Services, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager for the Upper King William branch. You will oversee day-to-day operations, support staff, and align procedures with organizational standards in a small, community-focused library environment.

The role requires MLIS/MLS, 1 year public library experience, and 1–3 years supervisory experience. Evening/weekend hours are expected, with opportunities to lead programming and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• MLIS/MLS required.
• One year of public library experience required.
• One to three years of supervisory or management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Library programming and outreach team; facilitate meetings for alignment and collaboration.
• Propose and prioritize programming and outreach initiatives for Director approval.
• Develop and distribute programming/outreach schedule across platforms.
