The Upper King William Branch within King William County Library System, is seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Branch Manager to join our team! Oversee the day-to-day-operations of a small library system under the direction of the Library Director. The Branch Manager supports the LS&S mission, vision, and values through exceptional leadership and dedicated patron focus. The Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring that all operational procedures are conducted efficiently and aligned with organizational standards. This position supervises and supports branch staff who are passionate about delivering quality services and fostering a welcoming, community-centered library environment. This position works primarily out of the Upper King William branch. Evening and weekend hours will be required.
