Qualifications

• Three (3) years of related experience in Consumer Lending/Financial Services.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience or completion of lending training program in past 3 years.
• Bachelor’s degree as listed; additional experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Exercise lending authority when reviewing and approving applications and offer loan solutions.
• Manage retention and maintenance of existing accounts to hit branch sales targets.
• Coach branch staff, provide actionable feedback to achieve goals and reduce turnover.
• Prepare and submit reports reflecting branch activity and growth.
