• Ability to complete essential duties with accuracy and timeliness.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and interpersonal skills in demanding situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective customers seeking loans.
• Achieve branch sales goals related to the sale of company products and services.
• Review and approve loan applications, offering suitable loan solutions.
• Learn lending and collection duties during Branch Manager Training.
• Assist management with daily tasks to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Approve policy exceptions as authorized by management.
