Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proven ability to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Experience in financial services or leadership.
• Current insurance licensure in state or ability to be licensed within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results related to individual and branch sales and collections goals as well as customer expectations.
• Develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships with customers through loan process and loan life cycle.
• Present financial solutions meeting customer goals.
• Present customers with optional insurance products available.
• Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clear understanding.
• Learn how to utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools.
• Manage loan life cycle, including closing loans, collections activities, complying with all laws and regulations.
• Assist in the training and coaching of Branch Team Members and provide interim leadership in Branch Manager absences.
