Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Branch Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead, train, and mentor branch staff while assisting in underwriting decisions and managing loan life cycles.

This on-site role emphasizes achieving sales and collections goals, building relationships with customers throughout the loan process, and preparing the team for leadership opportunities within the branch network.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proven track record in financial services or leadership.
• Willingness to obtain state insurance licensure within 6 months.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and collections goals for the branch.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through loan process.
• Present financial solutions meeting customers' goals.
• Educate customers on loan terms.
• Learn underwriting techniques and sales tools.
• Oversee loan lifecycle including closing and collections.
• Lead and coach branch staff in absence of Branch Manager.
