Job summary

Mariner Finance is seeking a branch-based role focused on customer loan services and sales. You will provide quality service to existing and prospective customers, review applications, and offer loan solutions that meet client needs.

In this position you will help manage daily tasks, support branch leadership, and participate in training programs. The role may involve travel and relocation as required by the branch network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years related experience; military rank may substitute.
• Willing to relocate and travel to surrounding branches; reliable transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication and PC skills.
• Ability to complete essential duties quickly and accurately.
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance products offered to customers by the branch.
• Work at the assigned branch unless emergencies require otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective loan customers.
• Achieve branch sales goals related to the sale of company products and services.
• Review and approve loan applications and offer suitable loan solutions.
• Participate in Branch Manager Training Program.
• Assist management with daily tasks to ensure quality customer service.
• Approve exceptions to policy with management and resolve issues.
• Retain and develop existing accounts through inside sales calls.
• Support Branch Manager across priorities and reporting.
• Lead branch team in manager’s absence and coordinate daily operations.
• May perform relief assignments across markets.
