Everwise Credit Union is seeking a Trainee to learn branch operations, compliance, risk management, security, and controls while delivering high-quality member service. The program aims to develop skills to eventually become a Branch Manager.

You will support branch leadership, handle deposits and loans under regulatory requirements, and participate in ongoing training. The role involves potential rotation across multiple branches after an initial training period.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or leadership experience.
• Ability to learn branch operations, compliance, risk, and security protocols.

Responsabilités

• Assist Branch Management and act as a service center leader on projects and events.
• Make quality decisions regarding deposits and loans following procedures.
• Process accounts, IRAs, CDs, HSAs, loan applications and lending functions.
• Resolve complex issues through research and follow-up to ensure member satisfaction.
• Support teller staff with operational and member service tasks.
• Participate in continuing education and branch coverage across locations.
