Qualifications

• Ability to influence partners across bank lines.
• Strong public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch team to deliver strong client experience.
• Develop outside calling to small business clients and referrals.
• Grow business via retention, expansion and acquisition.
• Coach team and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Collaborate with partners to deepen client relationships.
• Staff, recruit, onboard, and train branch teammates.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for the branch.
• Ensure regulatory and security compliance.
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
