Centier Bank in South Bend seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to lead a branch team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional client service. You will identify prospects, deepen relationships, and recommend banking solutions while coaching staff and ensuring branch policies are followed.

You will oversee operations, coaching, and scheduling, balance cash and reports, and support the Branch Manager with development initiatives. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience; preferably banking, financial services or goal-driven retail.
• Client service experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff per Centier's mission, values, and excellence standards.
• Develop strategies to meet branch goals and increase market share.
• Counsel clients on financial needs and complete account openings; originate/close loans.
• Coach and mentor associates; manage scheduling and training.
• Oversee branch operations, balancing drawers, currency shipments, and reports.
• Represent Centier professionally in the community and with external partners.
