Job summary

Truist in Philadelphia is seeking a Branch Leader responsible for managing all branch operations, driving performance, coaching staff, and developing business. You will lead by Truist’s Purpose, Mission and Values while ensuring compliance with internal controls and risk policies.

Key duties include growing revenue through Small Business and Mass Affluent segments, conducting face-to-face client meetings, outbound prospecting, and partner collaboration with IRM and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience and/or performance.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including background check.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image in the community and instill Truist values.
• Drive business development and branch performance in Small Business and IRM partnerships.
• Grow branch revenue through Small Business and Mass Affluent client activities.
• Engage with civic and business groups to prospect and build the Truist Brand.
• Lead, coach and motivate teammates to fulfill mission and values.
• Collaborate with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance and training completion.
• Manage hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews for all branch staff.
