Job summary

Truist is seeking a Branch Leader for the United States (Philadelphia area) to manage all aspects of a busy branch. The role emphasizes driving performance, coaching staff, and expanding small business and relationship banking opportunities.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional partnerships, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional service while promoting Truist’s mission to inspire and build better lives in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment and required background checks.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image in the community and align with Truist purpose and values.
• Drive branch revenue through Small Business development and client acquisition.
• Lead and coach branch teammates to achieve individual and team performance.
• Prospect and develop new business through community involvement and partnerships.
• Partner with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance with bank procedures and risk controls.
• Conduct performance reviews, staffing decisions, and workforce scheduling.
