Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking a Branch Manager in Dayton, OH to lead a team serving local clients with a full suite of KeyBank financial solutions. You will coach staff, drive sales, and foster community partnerships to deepen client relationships.

You will ensure compliant operations, manage staffing, and execute the branch playbook while focusing on small business retention and growth within the market.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 3+ years experience in a sales capacity leading and coaching a team.
• 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
• General understanding of financial statements and concepts.
• Knowledge of consumer credit metrics and related reports.
• Ability to leverage Centers of Influence to promote business.
• Strong communication skills and public speaking ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop and motivate branch team to meet activity and sales goals.
• Engage with small business clients in the community to expand relationships.
• Ensure branch operations, regulatory compliance and internal controls.
• Recruit, onboard and train teammates; manage staffing and scheduling.
• Foster partnerships with internal partners to grow client base and cross-sell.
