Qualifications

• Two-year college degree in business or related field.
• Two to five years of banking experience with supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities; familiarity with branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all branch operations and activities at Oak Creek, CO.
• Supervise scheduling, workflow, and customer service functions; ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain cash controls, balance daily transactions, and oversee deposits and audits.
• Promote cross-selling of BSJ products and services; maintain professional relationships with customers and community partners.
• Oversee staffing, training, performance appraisals, and compliance training; ensure efficient use of personnel and resources.
• Coordinate with accounting, loan processing, and credit functions; monitor expenses and seek productivity improvements.
