Job summary

Monroe Tractor is seeking a Branch Manager to lead sales and operations at an on-site branch. You will oversee service, parts, sales and rental, coach a diversified team, and align branch plans with company policies while collaborating with Directors and the President.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, budget management, and hands-on leadership to achieve branch KPIs and exceptional customer service. Monroe Tractor is an Equal Opportunity Employer with a base pay range of $80,000–$100,000

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Leadership-minded with the ability to mentor and coach teams.
• Strong sense of urgency with energy to drive results.
• Ability to gather, analyze, interpret and communicate data to identify trends.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops annual objectives and branch budgets.
• Establish regular L10 meetings to improve collaboration and goals.
• Ensure plans and programs are carried out by department heads.
• Recruit, hire, and develop branch personnel; coach managers.
• Monitor pricing, distribution and competitive actions to improve sales.
• Oversee orders and customer communications for accuracy and timeliness.
• Evaluate trade-in allowances and balance new/used equipment strategies.
• Assess new equipment lines and review equipment records.
• Quarterly evaluation of department managers and compensation planning.
• Enforce policies and model MT values in decision making.
• Maintain records, reports, credit checks, expenditures and assets.
• Maintain customer relations and composure under stress.
• Collaborate with managers and OEM reps to uphold company image.
• Submit periodic plans and results to the Operations Director.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans and empower staff.
