Qualifications

• Degree or certification required as listed: Six Sigma Green Belt or Sponsor certification.

• Significant managerial and budgetary experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee single-location operations with full P&L accountability.
• Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan with branch leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions to meet targets.
• Drive market growth through sales and marketing plans and customer relations.
• Foster a customer-focused service culture and high satisfaction.
• Lead talent strategy: recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Ensure operational excellence and safety/compliance across the branch.
• Oversee warranty management, cycle times, and health, safety, and environmental standards.
