Job summary

Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. seeks a Branch Manager to oversee safety, culture and profitability at the Dallas branch.

You will lead with integrity, promote company values, and ensure equal opportunity and honest feedback while coordinating with Sales, Purchasing and Finance to meet targets in sales, gross profit and inventory accuracy. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Distribution or Operations Management; five years of progressive management experience in Metals Distribution.
• MBA is a plus.
• Financial management and budgeting skills are required.
• Ability to make sound business decisions based on data and statistics.
• Previous General Management experience is a plus.
• Three years of Sales Management experience, preferably in Metals Distribution.
• Two years of Operations/Operations Management experience, preferably in Metals Distribution.
• Working knowledge of non-ferrous metals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead with integrity while promoting the Triple-S/Arbor Metals culture and policies.
• Foster an environment offering equal opportunities and regular feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing and Finance to set targets in Sales, Gross Profit, Inventory levels and inventory accuracy.
• Manage branch performance, including profitability and asset utilization; hire/term necessary staff within budgets.
