Job summary

Bellco Credit Union in Fort Collins, CO seeks a Branch Manager to lead all aspects of customer relationships, branch profitability, and staff development. The role includes coaching, training, and ensuring compliance while driving sales and service goals.

You will supervise branch staff, manage operations, and maintain strong product knowledge to deliver excellent member experiences and protect assets.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Prefer 2+ years teller/operations experience.
• One year sales and customer service preferably in financial services.
• Supervisory/lead/coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Bellco’s Act Nice Behaviors and Core Values in all interactions.
• Responsible for overall branch financial results, operations effectiveness, productivity and cost control.
• Develops and implements an annual branch marketing, business development, sales and service plan.
• Leads annual operating plan and budget to manage expenses and property.
• Understands loan/deposit products, including mortgage features and rate components.
• Manages the branch to meet sales and growth goals and coaches staff.
• Personally manages the largest, most profitable relationships at the branch.
• Trains and develops branch personnel, ensuring strong product knowledge.
