Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of branch leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall branch profitability, operations, and customer relationships.
• Conduct daily huddles and monthly one-on-ones with staff.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach branch personnel; manage performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Bellco procedures.
