Job summary

Bellco Credit Union's Grand Junction branch is seeking a seasoned Branch Manager to lead all aspects of member relationships, branch profitability, and operations.

You will oversee daily staff, conduct coaching, recruit and train, ensure compliance, and drive growth through sound risk management and service excellence. Bachelor's degree and several years of financial services leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4 years financial services experience.
• Minimum 2 years of branch leadership experience with at least 2 years of branch management experience as a Branch Manager I.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of customer relationships delivered through the branch.
• Oversee branch profitability and branch operations.
• Conduct daily huddles and monthly one-on-ones with branch staff.
• Recruit, hire, train and coach branch personnel; manage performance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.
