Job summary

Family Resource Home Care in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our local team and oversee daily operations from the Hillsboro office. You will supervise staff, coordinate scheduling, and serve as the main liaison for headquarters on billing and audits.

This role requires healthcare experience, strong customer service, and the ability to ensure compliance, conduct client assessments, and drive marketing alignment with branch capacity.

Qualifications

• Degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of healthcare management experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop branch staff to ensure optimal performance.
• Act as main point of contact for HQ communications, billing, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations through staff training.
• Perform client assessments, intakes, care planning, and ongoing supervision.
• Assist Staffing Supervisors with scheduling caregivers for clients.
