Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or its equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of Senior Banker experience or similar customer service related position within banking is required.
• Some supervisory experience required.
• Must be able to work extended and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch staff scheduling and delegation of work assignments; support branch service and sales goals.
• Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring operational excellence and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develop staff through coaching, performance evaluations, and training initiatives.
• Foster customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending suitable products/services.
• Maintain security, risk controls, and regulatory compliance within the branch.
