Job summary

Stevens Equipment Supply, a member of Daikin Industries, seeks a Branch Manager for the Eagan, MN branch to oversee daily operations, staff, sales, customer service, profitability, productivity, and loss prevention.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in leadership roles, HVAC wholesale familiarity, and strong P&L knowledge, with solid MS Office and CRM skills. Benefits begin on day one and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• HVAC wholesale industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including staffing and schedules.
• Conduct audits to ensure policy and process compliance.
• Maintain sales activity, credits, inventory, and cash reconciliations.
• Coach and develop employees; promote teamwork and engagement.
• Handle branch P&L and safety initiatives.
• Review P&L and ensure timely reporting.
