Job summary

CraneWorks/RentalWorks seeks a Branch Manager for the Jackson/Brandon, MS market to lead a newly established branch. You will drive revenue growth, oversee safety, and manage day-to-day operations across CraneWorks and RentalWorks.

The role requires a hands-on leader capable of developing customer relationships, building a high-performing team, and ensuring profitable branch performance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in branch or sales management with P&L awareness.
• Experience in crane or heavy equipment rental operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Willingness to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Jackson/Brandon branch.
• Drive revenue growth and market development.
• Oversee safety, operations, and asset utilization.
• Manage branch P&L and budgeting.
• Coordinate CraneWorks and RentalWorks resources.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet targets.
