Job summary

CraneWorks/RentalWorks seeks a Branch Manager for the Jackson/Brandon, MS market. This senior role leads both CraneWorks and RentalWorks operations, drives revenue growth, ensures safety, and builds a high‑performing team.

The role requires strong customer focus, hands‑on leadership, and the ability to scale a new branch while managing P&L. The ideal candidate develops relationships with contractors and industrial customers, coordinates cross‑functional teams, and delivers reliable, profitable

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in branch management or equivalent role.
• Experience in sales growth, customer development, or operations.
• Understanding of crane operations and equipment rental.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for CraneWorks and RentalWorks branch operations.
• Develop local market presence and customer relationships.
• Coordinate with sales, service, dispatch and HR to meet goals.
• Ensure safety, discipline, and profitability across the branch.
• Lead recruiting, training, and development of branch staff.
