Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of related leadership experience.
• NMLS registration may be required; travel and licensing considerations apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch team to achieve targets in deposits, loans and services.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and coach staff.
• Build customer relationships and community presence.
• Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance and risk controls.
• Conduct performance reviews and address staff development.
• Ensure staffing, training, and scheduling align with branch needs.
• Travel to other branches as needed.
