MidCountry Bank is seeking a Branch Manager in Minnesota to lead sales, service, and operations at the branch. You will provide leadership and development for staff and drive achievement of branch financial goals, while maintaining compliance and strong customer relationships.

The role requires guiding teams, recruiting talent, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to grow deposits, loans, and referrals. A strong emphasis on leadership and community presence is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
• 6+ years of banking/retail management experience
• Ability to lead teams and drive sales, service, and operations

Responsabilidades

• Lead branch sales and service; set goals aligned with local strategy
• Provide coaching, development, and performance reviews for staff
• Recruit, onboard, and retain qualified talent
• Oversee compliance, security, and operational procedures
