Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our culture.
• Deliver on branch goals by growing deposits and investments.
• Lead operations, risk, and controls to protect customers and the bank.
• Coach, develop, and engage the team to achieve results and stay ahead of industry changes.
• Forge relationships with local businesses to expand the branch's presence.
