Job summary

First Interstate Bank seeks a Community Branch Manager to lead a Council Bluffs Downtown branch, delivering outstanding client service, achieving growth targets, and ensuring operational efficiency.

You will develop branch staff, manage client relationships using a full suite of banking services, and drive a compliant sales culture with emphasis on digital adoption and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage branch level P&L, interpret financial trends and drive results.
• Strong understanding of digital banking capabilities and customer adoption strategies.
• Ability to solve complex operational or client-related challenges with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates integrated delivery of financial services and products by referrals.
• Manages CRM usage and records activities and referrals.
• Grows top client relationships within the branch.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities across banking lines.
• Builds client relationships through proactive outreach.
• Opens and maintains checking, savings, CDs, and credit products.
