Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Branch Manager in Laurel, MD to lead a high-performing team, drive deposits and investments, and deliver best-in-class client service. You will coach staff, manage branch operations, and ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 2+ years of management or equivalent Chase leadership experience, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to work Branch hours including weekends and evenings. Training and travel may be involved.
