Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs sales and business development to meet branch goals.
• Leads and coaches branch staff; monitors performance and priorities.
• Identifies customer needs using M&T sales processes; offers solutions.
• Proactively grows Business Banking relationships and community presence.
• Manages staffing, interviewing, and hiring within staffing model.
• Models customer service and enforces retail strategy execution.
• Ensures compliance with operational, security and control policies.
