Chase is hiring a Branch Manager to lead a Chase Branch, delivering attentive service, directing operations, and coaching the team to achieve growth in deposits and investments. You will represent the brand with hospitality while delivering banking solutions and leveraging financial technology to solve client needs.

The role requires strong leadership, risk awareness, and the ability to work branch hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a branch or retail banking setting.
• Coaching and empowerment of employees to achieve results.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and develop growth plans.
• Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience maintaining a strong risk and control environment.
• Proven ability to connect teams with technology and friendly service.
• 2+ years of management/retail banking or Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
