Woodforest National Bank in Texas-Buda is seeking a Branch Manager I who will lead with an entrepreneurial mindset, acting as the business owner to grow deposits and drive sales in the branch. You will develop customer relationships through strategic partnerships and community involvement, uphold ownership, service, community, and integrity, and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.

This role emphasizes operational excellence, compliance, and technology-forward banking

Formación

Minimum 5 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience and 1 year leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience.
MIT program completion with applied MIT experience and leadership exposure.
Strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and comfort with technology-driven banking solutions.
