Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to sell products & services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for branch sales and service delivery and budget monitoring.
• Develop branch strategies to meet sales, service and profitability goals.
• Lead and coach staff, conduct regular meetings and training.
• Prospect for new clients and manage relationships with Centers of Influence.
• Ensure compliance, risk management and internal controls within the branch.
• Oversee marketing of banking products and services and client calls.
• Partner with regional leadership on growth plans and branch strategies.
