Washington Trust Bank is seeking a Branch Manager for the Lincoln Heights Branch in Spokane, WA. The role oversees sales, service delivery, and staff development, with a focus on client experience and community involvement.

The position requires 1–3 years of management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to drive growth and referrals. Schedule is Monday–Friday with weekend involvement as needed. On-site role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• 1–3 years of management experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all levels of the bank.
• Goal oriented, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Ability to sell products and services to clients.
• Demonstrates strong sales management and leadership skills.
• May be required to have or obtain a Mortgage Loan Originator registration number.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and develop branch staff; ensure competency documentation.
• Market Washington Trust banking products and services; call on clients.
