Washington Trust Bank is seeking a seasoned Private Banking Relationship Manager to oversee a high-net-worth client portfolio and collaborate with Wealth Management and Commercial Banking teams. In Spokane, you will deepen relationships, originate new business, and deliver tailored credit and depository solutions while upholding the bank's profitability and risk standards.

You'll work with the SVP/Team Leader and a collaborative bank-wide team to provide proactive, thoughtful service and grow

Formación

• Private Banking lender with at least 8 years of experience, high-net-worth clients.
• Strong credit background and business development acumen.
• Experience in relationship management across commercial real estate, cash management, commercial lending, residential real estate, and consumer lending.
• Knowledge of bank lending procedures and complex credit structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with colleagues, team members, and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Retain and expand a specific book of relationships with the bank’s professionals to provide superior service.
• Identify opportunities to expand market share and profitability; build client base through referrals and prospecting.
• Represent Washington Trust Bank across Wealth Management, Advisory Services, and Commercial Banking using a team approach.
• Manage risk with knowledge of compliance, lending policy, and regulatory guidelines.
